First, thank you for shopping with TROUBL3 SKATEBOARDS! We are a uber small team and every piece is designed, created, or handmade by us.
Since every piece is made to order, and we put a lot of time into what we do, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to discuss with you the details of the items and/or offer a clear description of each item, so please make sure to read through the details and view all photos.
In most cases the turn around time for each handmade item is stated in the listing, but in general, depending on our workload, orders will take between 2-5 weeks. Also shipping times may be longer during the holiday season and due COVID-19 impacts.
CLOTHING:
Being that we are a very small operation we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Our clothing items are essentially made to order and we do not keep stock of alternate sizes, so please read the descriptions, view size charts, and select carefully.
Shipping times are much slower than usual, expect 2-3 weeks delay.
SHIPPING:
YES! WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONAL. If you are unable to check-out due to being outside of the CANADA, just contact us and we will add your country as a shipping option.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.
TROUBL3 SKATEBOARDS is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or mis-delivered, provided that the shipping address is correct on the order invoice. We will keep an eye out for the delivery confirmation and will advocate for you should it not make it to its destination.

GIFT CARD/GIFT CERTIFICATE/DISCOUNT CODE CARD:
The gift cards/discount codes in Big Cartel are eligible for use on any order, so long as the order value exceeds the gift card value. This means that a gift card must be used in one go and cannot be partially redeemed, and it also means that the gift card recipient/customer must buy item(s) with a total exceeding the value on the gift card.
To purchase more items over the Gift Certificate amount, you will be able to pay for the outstanding amount with the traditional payment methods. The Gift Certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
